As a supervisor, you are authorized to train others in the practical part of the specific equipment type you have been trained for — lift, forklift, and/or overhead crane.
When logged into the portal, you will find a tab for the Supervisor Page.
There, you can see the individuals assigned to you as a supervisor. Their status is shown as Ready for Practical, Yes or No. When a trainee’s status is Yes, the practical session can be booked and carried out. Upon successful completion of the practical part, you mark the trainee as Approved in the portal. The trainee will then receive their training certificate.
If a trainee disappears from your list, it may be because the validity of their training has expired or because another supervisor has been assigned. Note that a trainee can be linked to multiple supervisors, and one of the others may have approved the trainee.
To change the supervisor assigned to a trainee, you need to contact support at [email protected] and specify who the new supervisor should be.
