If you already have a user account and need to update your contact details or change your settings, you can do so under My Account once logged in. If you need to update your first or last name, please contact support.

The changes you can make include:

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Registration with ID06

You can also see which trainings can be registered with ID06 and find a link to ID06 to provide central consent.

After logging in via Mobile BankID, the option to log in with a password will be disabled. This is a requirement from the BankID provider.

Your user account is usually linked to the organization that placed the training order, unless you made a private purchase.
