After completing your purchase, you will immediately gain access to the training:
An activation link is automatically sent within five minutes to the email address provided at the time of purchase (don’t forget to check your spam folder if you haven't received the email).
When you open the activation link, you will be prompted to enter the participant’s personal information.
Login details will automatically be sent to the participant via SMS and email.
The user account is linked to the personal identity number. If the participant already has an account, the training will be added to their existing account.
If you ordered multiple trainings in the same order, you can activate participants at different times.
After placing your order, you have 12 months to activate the training. Once activated, the participant has 6 months to complete the course.
If the specified participant already has a user account, the invitation will be sent to their existing email address. The participant can then log in using Mobile BankID and update their email address under "My Account" if desired.
